How do I bOOK A CHAIR AS A HAIRDRESSER?
In order to book time behind the chair as a hairdresser please have a current cosmetology license, a Los Angeles business license, and a completed and approved application. To book your chair, follow the instructions below:
Go to Vagaro.com and create an account.
Go to “Select Service”
Select The Lab-Lounge one day pass (for professional use only)
Select any "Service Provider” and select the Lab-Lounge membership purchase.
Choose whatever dates you want to book!
How do I book an appointment as a client?
We simply don’t have the manpower to return all your phone calls and texts. Therefore we have moved to online booking.
IT’S SUPER EASY!!!
1. Download the Vagaro App on your smart phone - NOT VAGARO PRO.
2. Create an account
3. Search for “The Lab-lounge” in Beverly Hills.
There you’ll able to make & see all your appointments. Or visit our website at www.lab-lounge.com
For a haircut with Neeko, simply choose “1 session”. If you are having any chemical services or a second person coming with you, for a cut as well please choose “2 sessions”.
What is your cancelation policy?
We hold strictly to a 48 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled or missed less than 48 hours before the service begins, The Lab Lounge will charge the full service to the credit card on file. For new clients, a $125 deposit will be applied to your service amount. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for a full reimbursement should you chose to cancel. Any cancellations made the day of the appointment will result in a full charge of the appointment service.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CLIENTS WHO ARE GETTING A COLOR TREATMENT?
To ensure proper booking time for your hair color appointment, please email us 2 pictures of your hair - one in natural sunlight and one indoors. As well as 3 images of what color you are wanting to achieve.
Do you sell products?
Yes, you can find them easily in our SHOP section of the website. If you have any questions you can email us.
How have you pivoted during COVID to upkeep safety protocols?
As salons are functioning at 25% we have created longer appointment times for each individual. This allows time to clean and sanitize in between each of our clients. Because of these regulations you may find quick availability to be limited. Please be patient with us as we navigate these new challenges. We appreciate each of you and are thankful to be able to do what we love with people that we love!
What do I need to know for my first appointment?
According to requirements from Salon Republic, they are asking that you wait in the lobby outside and text 626-541-9765 or call 626-795-8856 when you arrive. Our assistant will promptly come get you for your appointment. We are also asking you to wear an over-the-ear mask to make the process go smoothly for you. If you are wanting any added services besides what you booked, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best you accommodate you quickly.
What should I do if I know I'm going to run late?
Please text 626-541-9765 or call 626-795-8856 as soon as you know you are running behind. This will allow us to assess if the service can actually be done or if we need to reschedule for a later date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because of COVID-19 our capacity to take many clients is very low. Therefore we ask for a 72 hour (3 day) notice of cancellation. Failure to give this will result in a full charge of your missed services.
What is your return policy on shop items?
All product sales are final.
How should I prepare for my salon session as a hairDRESSER?

Yes! Neeko and Tanya both have extensive backgrounds in working with curly/textured hair. That being said they are versatile in all lengths, styles and textures of hair. Tanya is the master at color while Neeko can create the perfect shape and style for your lifestyle and abilities. They make an amazing team who will makeover your look in order to transform your life.
